I've been in London playing Hide & Seek (by Jet Lag rules) and my hotel overlooks this fountain. I came down to take a look - the "running hooves" splash effect is pretty great!

Sadly, the cache was nowhere to be found, though. I found the right dog and prodded and poked it, as well as running an investigative mirror around every side of it, without success. Think it might have vanished!
